MATC CUISINE FINE DINING LAB & DINING ROOM

The renovation consisted of replicating the elements of a culinary academic program while upgrading them to current industry standards or a “real world” learning environment.  Students are taught full meal service for fine dining and restaurant kitchen from proper place setting, serving etiquette, and food and entrée preparation. Glass walls within the restaurant and along the corridor allows for guests and others to view activities occurring in the kitchen and dining room.
